Program

This workshop is more than just a flower arranging class—it is an exploration of creativity and self-expression. By combining seasonal flowers and recycled fabrics, participants will practice mindfulness and infuse their personal emotions into their floral creations. It is a rare opportunity to add a touch of nature to your living space while releasing stress through the creative process.

• Target Audience: Youth and young adults aged 10 to 25.
• Requirements: No prior experience required. Participants are asked to bring a cleaned 1-liter paper beverage carton for the workshop.
• Language: English, with simple Cantonese interpretation.

Performers

The workshop is facilitated by the renowned florist Makiko Morange, who will guide participants through the aesthetics of Ikebana and inspire them to find beauty in everyday materials.

The event will take place at "CHAT Workshop," located within The Mills in Tsuen Wan. CHAT (Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile) is a key arts landmark in Hong Kong, housed within a revitalized former textile mill.
