Highlights

The "Floating" exhibition presents artist Raymond Pang's profound observation of nature and life's rhythms. Through unique black-and-white line drawings, metal sculptures, and multimedia installations, the exhibition successfully connects the natural imagery of the mountains and the ocean. Utilizing a "free-hand" sketching technique, Raymond captures the vitality of tides and movement, inviting visitors to reconnect with nature and find their own inner balance amidst the flowing lines.

Program Introduction

While plankton may drift with the current, they are an essential rhythm of life in the ocean. In this solo exhibition, Raymond translates his passion for hiking, snorkeling, and kayaking into the language of art. The lines in his works are not calculated or based on specific representative shapes, but are formed through floating, dispersing, and repeating rhythms that create a thought-provoking visual vocabulary. These works are not only an expression of the artist's emotions but also a heartfelt response to the surrounding environment, allowing viewers to feel the profound ocean and natural rhythms through the simplicity of black and white.
