This workshop is designed as a 'system failure' experience for modern individuals. We understand that you fill your schedule to the brim, running endlessly to meet KPIs and handle pressure. Here, we invite you to pause the pursuit of efficiency, let go of the mask of reason, and enter a free space without judgment or predetermined scripts.

Program

In this workshop, we do not teach complex art techniques, and no prior creative experience is required. Through guidance and exploration, we provide a safe container for participants to shed the rigid shell of their daily roles and experience the void when habit trails are interrupted. When rigid orders collapse and reveal the unknown edge, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, find the most primitive and authentic sense of security, and deeply realize that, "I, too, can arrange nothing."

Performers

This workshop is organized by "Mindful Living" and led by experienced instructors Yi Ning and Teacher K, who will guide participants through self-healing and exploration in artistic creation.
