This 'Body and Mind Awareness Healing Class' focuses specifically on the arches of the feet, guiding participants to re-examine their lower limb structure and establish a natural, balanced body alignment. You will learn to move with efficiency and ease, transforming exercise into a practice that nourishes both body and mind rather than just a physical drain.

About the Instructor

Joseph Ngan is a theatre practitioner who integrates his work into everyday life. Having studied Somatics under Aaron since 2012, he has discovered the nuanced potential of body movement and the profound wisdom often overlooked in modern life. He is dedicated to sharing this knowledge to help others better understand and utilize their bodies.
