Overview

For many of us, traveling outside is a simple daily task, yet for those with physical limitations, stepping out of their homes can be fraught with invisible challenges. The Christian Family Service Centre (CFSC) will host the "Together · Connecting Hearts" Travel Support Charity Experience Day on August 29, 2026, at YM2 in Kwun Tong. This event aims to raise public awareness of these "hidden travel needs" through interactive experiences, fostering empathy and care in children and families.

Highlights

This event combines education, interaction, and charity, allowing participants to better understand and assist those in need:

• Experiential Games: Through specially designed games, participants can simulate the daily challenges faced by individuals with limited mobility, encouraging them to view the world from a new perspective.
• Pastel Art Workshop: 'Accompany Your Travel': Use the gentle art of pastel to express compassion and create meaningful works of art.
• Health Assessments: Gain insights into your own health with In Body composition tests or muscle strength tests, while contributing to community support services.
• Support the Cause: All proceeds from the tickets will be fully dedicated to supporting vulnerable groups, providing companionship, professional muscle training, and home safety assessments to help the elderly and those in need regain independent living.

You can support this charity event by purchasing experience tickets. Each ticket set is suitable for one adult and one child (aged 5 or above):

• Option C (HK$50): 3 Experience Games
• Workshop (HK$80/person): Pastel Art Workshop 'Accompany Your Travel' (Multiple sessions: 14:15, 15:00, 15:45)
