Ticketing & Important Guidelines

To attend the event, purchasing an "Admission Voucher" is mandatory. Once you have the admission ticket, you are eligible to purchase add-on items such as autograph vouchers, selfie vouchers, photography vouchers, and voice recording vouchers to customize your experience. Please be advised that these activities are linked: if you do not hold an admission voucher, you will not be granted entry, and any purchased add-on items will be invalidated without a refund.

Ticket Collection: For those who have purchased tickets, please visit the designated store between August 25 and August 29, 2026, to collect your physical ticket. Ensure you present the 4-digit order number from your electronic receipt for verification.

Event Schedule Note

On the day of the event, ticket numbering will be distributed from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. All attendees must collect their queue number by 3:00 PM to ensure a smooth check-in process. Please arrive in Mong Kok with ample time to spare.

The event will be held in the heart of Mong Kok, a highly accessible location. You can take the MTR to Mong Kok Station and easily walk to the venue on Sai Yeung Choi Street South. With excellent public transport connectivity in the area, we look forward to welcoming all fans to the event.
