Highlights

The Chung Ying Theatre Company offers a platform for youth to express their creativity and emotions through the SMILE™+ Youth Theatre program. This initiative focuses on professional drama training, helping participants explore their inner world, enhance acting skills, and cultivate self-discipline and problem-solving abilities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Program

This is the audition for the first phase of the 2026/27 SMILE™+ Youth Theatre program. It aims to recruit students who are passionate about drama and personal growth. Based on the philosophy of "learning seriously, playing seriously," participants will be guided by professionals to unlock their potential and build confidence. The annual program consists of 4 phases; this audition is the entry point. The audition fee is HK$320.

• Language: Mainly Cantonese
• Note: Students must enroll in the course corresponding to their current grade level. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or change classes and holds final decision-making power.

Venue & Access

The auditions are held at different locations based on the group:

• High Primary Group (MK-DR-70): Room 304, Talented Development and Exchange Centre, Hong Kong Playground Association.
• Secondary Group (MK-DR-69): Vab Studio (Eastgate, 1 Tsat Po Street, San Po Kong).
