Program Overview

Through the "Tai Chi · Zen" introductory course, you are invited to step into an introspective space far away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Curated by "Pause & Breathe," this course cleverly integrates the dynamic aesthetics of Tai Chi with the static introspection of Zen meditation. Under the guidance of Mindfulness Facilitator Natalie Chan, participants will explore the harmonious flow of 'Yi' (intention) and 'Qi' (energy) through the gentle yet firm movements of Tai Chi. This course aims to help participants find stillness within movement, achieving a state of mind-body integration and natural balance. It is a profound dialogue between body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to reclaim your moments of tranquility amidst a busy life.

Highlights

  • Harmony of Movement and Stillness: Using Tai Chi as a medium, combined with Zen wisdom, to inspire deep physical and mental balance and relaxation.
  • Professional Guidance: Led by experienced Mindfulness Facilitator Natalie Chan, the sessions are suitable for individuals interested in exploring body-mind-spirit wellness, regardless of their prior experience.
  • Focused Experience: The event is held in a comfortable space specifically designed to offer a rare, pure environment for practice in the heart of the city, helping participants release stress.
