'National Ecology Day 2026: Double Haven through the Lens' is a dedicated event blending ecological education with artistic appreciation. In response to the 4th National Ecology Day, the Countryside Conservation Office presents a series of activities at the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, featuring a highlight program with renowned landscape photographer Kelvin Yuen. Widely recognized for his breathtaking captures of natural landscapes and as the winner of the 'International Landscape Photographer of the Year,' Yuen will guide the audience through an exploration of the Double Haven area. Through his lens, attendees will discover the rich natural landscapes, habitats, and rural cultural heritage of this region. The event not only showcases curated photography but also serves as a platform to inspire public thought on environmental conservation and rural development, reflecting the national commitment to 'lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.'

This event is presented by the Countryside Conservation Office, featuring renowned landscape photographer Kelvin Yuen as the guest speaker. Yuen has previously served as a photography consultant for the Hong Kong Tourism Board and has received international acclaim for his work, including a special stamp series issued by Hongkong Post.
