Program Overview

The 'Drum Zen Experience Class' offers a spiritual journey blending the art of drumming with Zen meditation. By engaging in rhythmic drumming, participants learn to cultivate physical and mental awareness, achieving a state of 'stillness in motion.' This course is designed for those seeking a unique path to stress relief and inner peace through dynamic body movement.

Important Notes

• Age Restriction: For ages 18 and above only.
• Dress Code: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (plain colors preferred; cotton or linen are recommended). Avoid tight jeans, shorts, skirts, or sleeveless/low-cut tops. Participants must be barefoot or wear non-slip, plain-colored socks inside the venue.
• Preparation: Please bring a sweat towel, a change of clothes, and your own drinking water (reusable bottles are encouraged).
• Venue Etiquette: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be turned off or switched to flight mode upon arrival. Please note that no parking is available at the venue.
• Documentation: Photos and videos may be taken during the session for record-keeping and promotional purposes. Please inform the staff on the day if you have any concerns.

• Single Session: HKD 300
• Full Course (2 Sessions): HKD 500
• Note: Participants who enroll in a single session cannot pay the price difference to upgrade to the full course. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
