Highlights

This unique healing workshop blends the serene atmosphere of a heritage site with holistic restoration. Hosted at the historic Jao Tsung-I Academy, participants will embark on a progressive three-part journey designed for deep relaxation and sensory awakening.

Program

The event is structured into three phases, allowing participants to cleanse away daily fatigue from the inside out:

• Part 1 | Foundation Yoga (Active): Led by instructor Li Ka-yi, this session utilizes basic, soothing Hatha yoga poses combined with deep breathing techniques to systematically release tension in the shoulders, neck, and back. It flushes out lactic acid, preparing the body for deep healing.
• Part 2 | Gong & Singing Bowl Sound Bath (Quiet): Upon achieving a state of physical warmth, participants will lie down for the sound bath. Surrender to the deep, intricate, and penetrative vibrations of gongs and singing bowls. Within the solid timber structure of this heritage building, experience sonic healing that washes away stress and fatigue, allowing for profound restoration.
• Part 3 | Healing Instruments & Sound Bowl Workshop (Exploration): In the final segment, the instructor will introduce the principles and applications of singing bowls and various healing sound instruments. Participants can interact closely, personally experience the instruments, and feel the harmonious resonance between the sound vibrations and their body and mind.

• This event is not open to individuals under the age of 15.
• For health and safety reasons, individuals who are pregnant, have pacemakers, metal implants, epilepsy, or neurological conditions should consult a doctor or professional before participating in the sound bath.

Venue & Access

The event will take place at the Upper Level of Bo Ya Tang, Block G, Jao Tsung-I Academy. It is recommended to arrive early to enjoy a walk through the academy grounds and fully embrace the tranquil energy of this historic landmark.
