Program

This 50-minute workshop begins with an immersive sound bath experience. The frequencies emitted by the singing bowls resonate with the human body, promoting circulation, relaxing tense muscles, and inducing a state of deep calm. Following the experience, our instructor will teach practical techniques for using singing bowls, including basic striking and rim-playing skills. We will focus on how to use these bowls to relieve physical pain, ensuring participants leave not only with a sense of relaxation but also with practical home health management methods.

Performers

This workshop is organized by "Mindful Living" and hosted by professional instructor "Tian Lan," who brings extensive experience in sound therapy to guide participants through the world of sound healing.
