Ticketing & Notes

• Event Dates: September 27, December 19, and December 20, 2026 (10:00 AM - 12:30 PM).
• Fees: A deposit of HKD 100 is required upon registration. The deposit will be refunded within 6 to 8 weeks after attending the event.
• Restricted Area Permit: As the meeting and dismissal point is located within the Sha Tau Kok restricted area, participants must apply for their own 'Closed Area Permit' (禁區紙) in advance to enter. It is advised to submit the application as early as possible after receiving confirmation.
• Safety: While personal accident insurance is provided, participants are encouraged to purchase additional insurance if needed. The organization reserves the right to decline any registration.
