Program Introduction

"Heart Drum Zen" is a profound mindfulness experience combining the art of drumming with Zen practice. Drumming is more than just a rhythmic expression; it is a gateway to present-moment awareness. Guided by instructor Lee Tsz-kin, participants will use the vibration of the drums to gently connect with their inner selves, quieting the mind's chatter and returning to the "here and now" to experience the tranquility inherent in the practice.

Important Information

  • Participants must be aged 18 or above.
  • Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting plain-colored clothing (cotton or linen is recommended). Avoid jeans or tight/revealing apparel.
  • The venue requires footwear removal; you may participate barefoot or in non-slip plain-colored socks.
  • Please bring your own towel and drinking water (reusable bottles are encouraged).
  • Please note that photography and video recording may take place during the session for promotional or documentation purposes.

  • Please note that you cannot upgrade from a single session to the full course later; please plan your enrollment accordingly.
