Program Overview
Practice between breaths, experience movement in stillness, and achieve harmony. This course uses Tai Chi—characterized by its balance of hardness and softness, and the connection of intent and breath—to guide participants toward inner peace, body-mind integration, and natural balance. This introductory course is specifically designed for beginners to find a space for grounding and mental clarity amidst a busy life.

Important Information
To ensure a smooth experience, please note the following:
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle your body and mind.
- Attire: Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Cotton or linen materials are recommended as they minimize noise. Please avoid jeans, skirts, shorts, sleeveless tops, or low-cut necklines.
- Venue Rules: Shoes must be removed; participants should be barefoot or wear non-slip, plain-colored socks. Please keep mobile phones turned off or in airplane mode inside personal bags throughout the session.
- Supplies: Bring a sweat towel, change of clothes, and your own drinking water (reusable bottles preferred).
- Documentation: Photography and filming will take place during the session for record and promotion. Please inform staff on the day if you have any concerns. No parking is available at the venue.
- Adverse Weather: In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning issued 3 hours before the session, the activity will be cancelled or rescheduled. No refunds will be provided.
