The repertoire includes the "Dante Sonata" (Après une lecture de Dante: Fantasia quasi sonata), the "Three Petrarch Sonnets," the Second Polonaise, and the monumental Piano Sonata in B minor—a work that holds a special place in the history of Gerstein’s relationship with Hong Kong audiences, having been a cornerstone of his debut performance with Premiere Performances nearly two decades ago.
