• Practical Calculation & Case Studies: Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn methods for calculating carbon emissions. Real-world case studies from the performing and visual arts sectors will be analyzed to identify primary sources of emissions.
• Industry Strategy Exploration: Leveraging industry best practices, the workshop will investigate how to tailor environmental strategies to Hong Kong's unique operational environment, covering venue management, production processes, marketing, and audience engagement.
