Program Overview

Advance Care Planning (ACP) is more than just a legal document; it is a vital bridge of love and understanding between family members. In times of unexpected crisis, having a prior understanding of each other's wishes for end-of-life care can significantly alleviate the decision-making burden on family members and prevent potential conflicts. Hosted by the Christian Family Service Centre (CFSC), this seminar on "Understanding Advance Care Planning" aims to promote the philosophy of "Person-centered, Family-oriented" end-of-life care. We are honored to host a representative from The Hong Kong Society for Advance Care Planning, who will explain the core concepts and implementation steps of ACP in an accessible way. We encourage the public to plan ahead while they are healthy, ensuring their final journey is handled with dignity, peace, and clarity.
