To celebrate its 25th anniversary, 10 Chancery Lane Gallery is proud to present "Against the Wind," an exhibition featuring the works of Chinese contemporary art pioneer Xiao Lu. This exhibition offers a comprehensive look at Xiao Lu's extraordinary artistic journey, reviewing her iconic creative practice while delving into the historical and psychological mechanisms behind her visual language.

Through a collection of works with intense political tension and deep personal emotion, the exhibition addresses social expectations of female artists and challenges the limitations imposed on female voices in society.
