Program Overview

Brain Beat: Body Druming is an innovative healing practice originating from the United States. This practice requires no instruments or special tools; participants simply follow the unique rhythms of the Brain Beat technique. By tapping the body to create vibrations and resonance, this method effectively stimulates the nervous system, helping modern individuals immediately relax tight muscles, release anxious emotions, and enhance feelings of joy and happiness.

Highlights

  • No Instruments Required: Achieve therapeutic effects purely through body percussion and movement.
  • Resonant Healing: Stimulate the nervous system and achieve physical and mental relaxation through vibration.
  • Beginner Friendly: Suitable for everyone to experience easily; no performance background or musical knowledge required.

Important Notes

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting pants, as the session involves sitting on the floor to facilitate movement.
