On the evening of June 25, 2026, from 7:00 PM, Terrible Baby will collaborate with the renowned Sora bar at Rosewood Phnom Penh for an exclusive one-night pop-up event. As the first bar in Cambodia to be recognized on the 'Asia's 50 Best Bars' (51-100) list and a recipient of the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award, Sora is celebrated for its mastery in blending Japanese craftsmanship with local Khmer ingredients.

The pop-up will be spearheaded by Jonas Vittur, the Bar Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh. With an extensive background working across Australia, London, and Japan, Vittur brings a global perspective to mixology, focusing on storytelling, flavor complexity, and sustainability.
Cocktails & Menu
Guests can enjoy a curated selection of three signature cocktails, each representing the unique fusion style of Sora:
- Nihon Gimlet (HK$120): A sophisticated take on the classic, featuring London dry gin, lime, lime leaf, and matcha for a herbal, citrus finish.
- Cherry Lady Punch (HK$120): A sweet, multilayered blend of cherry blossom, cherry liqueur, vodka, dark chocolate, cashews, and yogurt.
- Hokusai (HK$120): Inspired by the famous artist, this cocktail combines passion fruit, dry gin, sherry, genmaicha, and a touch of savory seaweed and Cambodian Kampot pepper for a complex, salty-sweet profile.
Ticketing
A cocktail package is available for HK$320 (original value HK$360), including all three signature drinks. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
