Highlights

'Dance of the Earth' is a healing experience that integrates fluid movement with deep breathing exercises. Through natural physical rhythm, participants can shake off and release deep-seated emotional toxins, promoting energy balance and achieving deep mental and physical detoxification, effectively relieving the stress of modern living.

Program

This workshop aims to enhance body awareness, helping participants recognize and respond to their varied physical and psychological needs. No dance background is required, and there are no standardized movements, encouraging participants to enter a state of free improvisation. This process of self-exploration helps balance inner emotions, improve self-talk and interpersonal relationships, and ground this awareness in daily life. It is especially suitable for those who often feel tense or anxious and are looking for an effective, natural daily stress-relief practice.

Performers

Presented by 'Mindful Living', this session will be guided by instructor Stephanie. Focusing on mind-body exploration, Stephanie will lead participants through a soothing and inspiring dance experience.
