- Local Produce Marketplace: Browse and purchase a selection of fresh, high-quality agricultural and fishery products.
- Free Cooking Demonstrations & Tasting: Watch professional chefs prepare local ingredients and enjoy complimentary samples:
- 12:00–13:00: Seaweed and Dried Shrimp Mushroom Soup with Local Pumpkin Jook-sing Noodles.
- 15:00–16:00: Local Signature Seafood Fried Rice (featuring dried small fish and dried mantis shrimp).
- Exclusive Offer: Spend HK$100 or more at the market to receive a complimentary Lee Kum Kee seasoning set (Limited to 30 sets, while stocks last).
