Taste of Concrete: A Culinary & Artistic Fusion

Welcome to the Taste of Concrete Hong Kong pop-up, a unique collaboration between delish kitchen by ALOT and the creative minds at MOSOSISI. This limited-time experience transforms the rugged beauty of industrial cement into a delicate, edible narrative of Hong Kong life.

The Artistic & Culinary Menu

The pop-up features a specially curated menu that bridges the gap between sight and taste, focusing on texture, nostalgia, and innovation:

  • Clock Tower Lemon Tea Gin ($88): A tribute to the iconic Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, this cocktail blends the nostalgic flavors of Hong Kong-style lemon tea with Earl Grey notes and gin. It is the perfect "Tea Cocktail" for a sophisticated afternoon.
  • Hawthorn & Grapefruit Soda ($55): A refreshing twist on the classic "Salted Lemon Seven," this drink combines the sweet-and-sour depth of preserved hawthorn with the bitter zest of grapefruit and sparkling soda.
  • White Sesame Wafer Mocha ($55): An inventive mocha where white sesame foam adds a nutty, earthy layer to the bittersweet chocolate, finished with a crispy wafer for added texture.
  • Black Sesame Coconut Water ($52): A visual masterpiece featuring grey and white layers. The thick black sesame milk foam provides a velvety texture that perfectly balances with the refreshing, clear coconut water.
  • Japanese Kuki Black Sesame Cake ($88): Crafted with premium Japanese Kuki black sesame, this dense, moist cake is a dream for sesame lovers, offering an intensity that feels like a solid, gourmet sesame paste.

Exhibition: The Miniature City

Beyond the menu, immerse yourself in the 水泥美學 (Cement Aesthetics) exhibition. The space features:

  • Micro-Architecture: See the city from a new perspective with delicate miniature models, including the inaugural display of a Kowloon Walled City micro-model.
  • Interactive Art: Explore cement-based art installations that pay homage to Hong Kong's urban landscape.
  • Gacha Fun: Don't miss the chance to play with the nano-building gacha machines on-site.

This pop-up is more than just a cafe visit; it is a celebration of local culture, blending the history of Hong Kong with the modern design sensibilities of ALOT Living.
